How to delete your Facebook and Instagram data

1. What LedgerFit keeps from Meta

When a business connects its Facebook Page and the Instagram professional account linked to it in LedgerFit Marketing, we keep only what is needed to publish on its behalf:

  • The Page name and ID, and the Instagram username and ID.
  • The Page access token Meta issues to our app, stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM). It never leaves our servers and is never shown in the app.
  • The permissions the business granted, as Meta reports them.
  • For each post published from LedgerFit: the ID and link Meta returns, and the results Meta reports for that post when the business reads them in LedgerFit.

We do not read or store the personal profile, friends, messages or any other data of the person who logs in. We do not sell this data or share it with third parties.

2. Delete it from LedgerFit (immediate)

  • Sign in to LedgerFit and open Marketing, then Settings, then Connected networks.
  • Choose Disconnect on the Facebook Page (its Instagram account is disconnected with it) and check "Also delete what LedgerFit brought from Meta".
  • The access token and permissions are deleted at once. With the box checked, we also delete the results read from Meta and the Meta IDs and links of each post, and we remove the Page and Instagram names from the record. The text and photos the business wrote and uploaded stay in its LedgerFit library, because they belong to the business.

3. Remove LedgerFit from Facebook

You can also revoke our access from Facebook: open Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations, select LedgerFit and choose Remove. Once removed, the stored token stops working and the connection shows "Reconnect" in LedgerFit until it is disconnected there.

4. Ask us to delete it

If you cannot sign in, email info@jr-managementasst.com with the subject "Delete Meta data" and the name of the Facebook Page. We delete the data described in section 1 and confirm it by email, within the 30 days set in section 10 of our Privacy Policy (https://app.ledgerfit.pro/legal/privacy), where you can also request the deletion of all of your organization's data.
