Your client opens the payment link on their phone and pays the invoice by card. When you open LedgerFit on the laptop, the invoice already says Paid and what you're owed went down. When the deposit reaches your bank and you sync, the transaction reconciles itself against that payment.

At the end of the day, the kitchen tablet records what sold, by hand or with the CSV file from the point of sale you already use. Each dish takes its recipe out of inventory. On the laptop you already see the month's cost of goods sold, which reaches your books with the monthly close, and the ingredients that dropped below their minimum.

Why did my profit drop in September?
Arva interprets numbers from LedgerFit's accounting engine. It never computes figures on its own and does not replace your CPA.
Arva never makes up a number: if it is not in your books, Arva tells you what is missing.
Point of sale and reservations
The point of sale runs on your team’s phones, and every night the day close takes your sales, taxes and each employee’s tips to your books. Reservations fill your tables, with our point of sale or the one you already use.
The kitchen sees only its dishes, never prices.
Each server signs in with their own login and can only work while clocked in. No terminals to buy.
Your dining room with every table colored by status and each server with their section for the shift.
Orders reach a tablet or a TV at each station, color-coded by time, with no printers. When an order is ready, the server’s phone says so.
Guests pay by card from their own phone, with a suggested tip and a digital receipt. Split the check by person or by item.
